What is Ladies Kickboxing?

Our ladies Kickboxing classes are non contact and a fantastic way to loose weight and improve your fitness. Each class is a whole-body workout which develops explosive power and cardiovascular fitness and also an extremely efficient self defence system.

Our style of Kickboxing originated in Thailand where it was nicknamed the art of eight limbs as it allows punching, kicking, elbow and knee techniques. It is widely recognised as the most efficient stand up Martial Art making it ideal for beginners due to its simplicity.

Dorchester Ladies Kickboxing is affiliated to The Phraya Pichai Muay Thai association and regularly hosts head instructor Bob Spour for seminars and gradings.

Our Ladies Kickboxing class runs on a Monday morning at 9.45am to 10.45am.
