Follow the steps below to get started with Dorchester Strength & Conditioning

Step 1: Get in Touch

Complete the contact us form and a member of the team will be in touch promptly to arrange a free consultation, this can be a chat over the phone or you can arrange a time to visit the gym and have a tour of our facilities and chat to the coaches.

Step 2 – Free Consultation:

This can either be done over the phone or in person at the gym, we’ll answer any questions you may have and explain how our classes run. If you feel our gym is right for you, then we can book you on to our next group beginners course or you may choose to take the course as 121 classes with your coach.

Step 3 – Beginners Course:

Our beginners course is an exciting introduction to Martial Arts and can be taken in our popular group course or via 121 training. Our primary goal during these sessions is to give you the fitness base, skills and knowledge to safely join our group classes.

Step 4 – Join the Team:

Once you’ve completed your Beginners Course and both you and your coach are satisfied, you will be able to confidently join the group class with a solid understanding of the movements required of your chosen Martial Art and will be able to train in a safe productive way, hopefully for many years to come.
