Our Strength and Conditioning classes combine a periodised strength programme with high-intensity workouts that utilise barbells, kettlebells, dumbells, battling ropes and slam balls. The mix of strength training and constantly varied workouts allows our clients to improve all aspects of their fitness simultaneously.
We focus on functional movements which are defined as multi-joint exercises that mimic real life movement patterns, so we squat, hinge, push and pull. All movements can be adapted to the client’s fitness and mobility level making our programme accessible to everyone.
Our Strength and Conditioning classes run Monday to Thursday at 6am and 6pm.
