Combat Conditioning is a non-contact fitness class that combines pad work from Boxing and Muay Thai with exercises using kettlebells, slam balls, battling ropes, med balls and dumbells to produce a whole-body workout.
The classes use a constantly varied exercise selection and follow different class formats which include circuits, intervals and pad rounds.
Our Combat Conditioning classes run on a Tuesday and Thursday at 6am and 6.30pm and on a Saturday morning at 7am.
