New: Early Morning Boxing Class
I’m really excited to announce from Monday the 8th of January 2018 we will be starting a early morning Boxing class on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6am. This will be a non contact class where you’ll learn all the punches and defensive movements of Boxing without sparring and have a great workout.
Boxing otherwise known as the noble art or sweet science is a combat sport where two practitioners aim to score points or stop their opponent by throwing punches while wearing boxing gloves. Boxing is widely regarded as the most efficient punching art in the world.
This class is perfect for anyone looking to lose weight and get fitter as each class will start with a kettlebell workout and then develop explosive power and cardiovascular fitness by hitting pads and punch bags. The early time slot makes it ideal to do before work.
The first 5 sessions will be spent running through our fundamentals programme which is normally only done in a 121 format, this will save all members who start on the 8th hundreds of pounds. After that all new members will be required to do the 121 programme before joining the group class.
We’re only taking 10 new members into this group to ensure that you get the maximum amount of coaching time so if you’d like to take part in these sessions then get in touch to book your spot.
