This early learning development martial arts programme is designed to introduce young children to martial arts through age appropriate drills and martial arts themed games. These classes are designed to be great fun but also develop coordination, balance, patience and team work.
Boxing otherwise known as the noble art or sweet science is a combat sport where two practitioners aim to score points or stop their opponent by throwing punches while wearing boxing gloves. Boxing is widely regarded as the most efficient punching art in the world.
Our boxing classes are a fantastic way to get fit as it’s a whole-body workout which develops functional strength, endurance and cardiovascular fitness. You will utilise shadow boxing, pad work and punch bags to develop explosive punching and defensive skills.
Our adult early morning adult’s classes are structured so only one day a week has sparring, making it perfect if you’re looking for a non-contact class where you can improve your fitness or if you’re looking to test your skills against a partner.
Our ladies only morning class is non-contact and runs twice a week.
