The 1-2-1 Fundamentals course is our exciting introduction to the world of Martial Arts. Our primary goal during these sessions is to give you the fitness base, skills and knowledge to safely join our group classes. The amount of 1-2-1 sessions needed will vary depending on your current level of fitness and training experience but most clients require 5-15 sessions before progressing on to one of our group programmes.
During these 60 minutes sessions you will learn how to safely and efficiently perform all the movements required by your chosen discipline while under the supervision of one of our expert coaches.

Each session will include a warm up which is both skill and mobility based. The Muay Thai fundamental programme will focus on punching, kicking, knee and elbow strikes and how to defend them. The BJJ fundamental programme will focus on the various grappling positions, submissions, takedowns and defence. Under our guidance, you’ll have the chance to push yourself and put your new skills to the test. WHAT TO DO NEXT?
